### Gospel: Matthew 13:44-46

- 44 The kingdom of heaven is like a treasure hidden in a field. When a man finds it, he hides it, and, because of his joy, he goes and sells everything that he has, and he buys that field.
- 45 Again, the kingdom of heaven is like a merchant seeking good pearls.
- 46 Having found one pearl of great value, he went away and sold all that he had, and he bought it.

Computed by Bless from the US Lectionary cycle — confirm with your parish.

In US parishes the readings are proclaimed from the NABRE; the text shown here is the Catholic Public Domain Version.

Old Testament readings and the psalm are listed with a link to their chapter: the US Lectionary numbers some of their verses differently from the CPDV, so their text is not printed here. Psalm citations keep the Lectionary’s Hebrew numbering; the CPDV numbers the Psalms as the Vulgate does.
